Introduction:
Doctor of Optometry (International Program) focuses on training students to become eye care professionals who assess and care for vision. Students learn how to examine eyes, detect vision problems, and provide appropriate care and treatment.
The program also focuses on visual screening, diagnosis, and basic management of visual conditions, including visual rehabilitation. Graduates are able to prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and other vision care tools approved by the Ministry of Public Health.
